Return Policy


Reason for Returns

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.


Returned by Customer - Customers are advised to contact Magical Black Girl (MBG) at customercare@magicalblackgirl.com before returning any products. We do not refund orders on masks, as they are a personal use item. Customers are encouraged to ask any questions about sizing and materials that are not on our site before purchasing. Apparel size exchanges are not offered at this time. Customers are encouraged to utilize our detailed sizing charts and contact us with any questions before purchasing apparel items.

Out of Stock Items
If an item has been out of stock for more than two business days, we will notify you by email. If you don't wish to wait for the out of stock item, you can select an item of equal or lesser value Or opt to have a refund issued in the amount of the out of stock item.


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a Problem report to customercare@magicalblackgirl.com and include the following: 



your name
date of purchase
order number
as much detail about your claim as possible including photos

 

Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate you. Please be aware that delays may be possible during high volume sales periods (holidays, seasonal sales, etc)
